What We Believe
“Come,” said Jesus
To fishermen, James and John,
To tax collector, Matthew,
To the woman at a well,
To people heavy laden,
To some young children,
To a rich young man
To a blind man outside a gate.
His invitation goes out
to you and to me.
“Come, follow me!”
Jesus is Lord. (He died to save you)
Everyone is welcome.
Love changes people.
God’s spirit is in and among us.
Everybody has something to offer.
The world needs what we have.
Come to share
Support one another.
Spread God’s word.
Help those in need.
Feed the hungry.
Build up the church.
Come to a deeper understanding
of God’s commandments and promises
Come to a deeper understanding
of who you are and what you’re about.
